
























It took a 2 year wait for conditions to be just right to capture this image, a bitterly -20º windchill had me dipping down out of the wind every few minutes to warm up. It was a captivating view though and hard to pull away from.

This woodland scene had so many Bluebells that I didn’t know which way to point the camera first. To one passer by I remarked there are just too many, they laughed.

Driving home one afternoon I saw these bales and thought they would look great in the early morning sun, the next morning had a good forecast. Next morning I arrived disappointed that there was thick fog. About to turn tale when it started to clear, fantastic, it turned out better than expected.

Constant showers of snow blew through, the snow like little baubles of polystyrene, I had to time lens changes in between to avoid any of the snow bouncing into my camera. Fun times.

Three days camped on the side of a mountain called Gairich with blizzards constantly blowing through, I didn’t think I’d get a single image. Then on the morning I was about to pull out a glimmer of sun shone through and it was action stations. The grin on my face was broad.
